Your apartment is available from 2pm on the day of arrival.
If your arrival is after 8 pm, please let us know.

We ask you to leave the apartments at 10am on the day of departure,
We would also ask if there were any damages to report these to the hosts.

Payment is due at the end of your stay in the bar.

As a guest you will have the opportunity to cancel free of charge 3 month prior to arrival.
Up to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the total price.
Up to 7 days before arrival we charge 70% of the total price.
Up to 1 day before arrival we charge 90% of the total price.
In case of non-arrival, we charge 100% of the total price.

The "General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006" are valid for all reservations.

We would like to take the liberty to point out the importance of taking out travel insurance in case of all eventualities (annual leave cancellation, illness, etc.) and therefore covering the cost of any cancellation charges. We recommend the European travel insurance company "Europäische Reiseversicherung".
